• How do I pay you?

  We send our customers invoices using Square who accept all the major debit and credit cards. You can pay online or in-person with your debit or credit card.

  

  We prefer online payments over any other form of payment, but can be flexible to your needs.

• You're never available, how far in advance do I need to book?

  Because we have limited space it means we get booked up quickly, it is both the perk and the pain of using a home-from-home boarding business.

  For school holiday periods we get booked up well in advance, over 12 months ahead in most cases.

  For seasonal periods expect 3-6 months and for any other time 2-3 months ahead.
